Have a warranty or service request?
Rob Washam Homes includes a one-year warranty on your home plus all manufacturer's warranties for appliances, furnaces, air conditioners, hot water tanks, etc. Approximately 90 days and 11 months after your closing date, please submit your walk through request through the webbsite form below, email at warranty@robwashamhomes.com or 816-224-5583.
Our Customer Service Department will then contact you to arrange an appointment. Customer Service appointments are available Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm at which time a representative will visit your home to discuss your service request. All warranty service requests must be in writing and by email.
In case of an emergency, please feel free to call or email us with your emergency item.
All warranted items that are a non-emergency will need to wait until your next walk-through.
